摘要
针对待测电子系统规模不断增大、逻辑结构日趋复杂的问题,提出一套实用的分布式自动化测试理论,基于层次结构设计方法,有效结合连接测试仪器的多种总线结构和分布式网络技术,通过对管理终端、传输信道、测试仪表及其附属设备的综合集成,构建自动化、网络化和标准化的综合测试系统,满足电子信息系统的大型化和一体化发展需求。该测试系统的可行性在某大型电子信息系统的指标测试评估阶段得到实例验证。
In order to follow the scale and complexity growing rapidly of being test electronic system, a distributed and automatic test system which is based on hierarchy style is proposed for practice. Combining several kinds of bus structures which used to interconnect diverse test instruments with distributed network, this standard and interconnecting test system has factions of working automatically by means of integrating 4 parts: managing terminal, transport channel, testing instrument and accessorial equipment. The applications on the step of testing and evaluation illustrated that the distributed and automatic test system is effective and practicable.
