摘要
文中针对船员的心理素质的特殊性,分析了影响船员心理素质养成的各种因素,提出了培养航海类专业学生良好心理素质的有效方法和途径。
The psychological quality education of students in higher vocational institutes is anintegral part in the whole college education. In view of the characteristics of navigation speciality, this paper stated that these students are confronted with some problems, analyzed the reasons of them and pointed out some methods to deal with the problems.
