有机硅改性环氧-丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用预乳化法制备有机硅改性环氧-丙烯酸酯乳液,采用红外光谱分析膜结构,研究优化配方和工艺。研究结果表明:优化配方KH-570为4.38%,环氧树脂为5.48%,丙烯酸酯为23.3%,OP-10和SLS比例为2/1且用量为0.66%,油水比为1/2,水占总量为65.8%,NaHCO3为0.16%,过硫酸钠为0.22%,在聚合温度为80℃时,合成乳液稳定性好,转化率较高。乳液性能符合国标GB/T 20623-2006《建筑涂料用乳液》标准. Epoxy-Acrylate emulsion was synthesized by pre-emulsifying method,the property of its film is analysed by IR,the optimum formulation and process optimization were investigated.It was found that the epoxy-acrylate emulsion has excellent and stable comprehensive performance and high conversion rate accord with GB/T 20623-2006 when using pre-emulsifying method,the optimum formula is epoxy resin in E-44 of 5.48%,the KH-570 is 4.38%,the acrylate is 23.3%,the appropritate rate of OP-10 and SLS is 2/1,the right amount of emulsifier is 0.66%,grease-water proportion is 1/2,the water is 65.8%,the NaHCO3 is 0.16%,0.22% initiator,polymerization temperature is 80 ℃.
