摘要
以某固体火箭发动机为例,建立了摇摆载荷作用下发动机药柱的疲劳损伤评估方法.首先,通过推进剂定应力往复拉伸试验获得了复合固体推进剂的疲劳损伤特性;其次,运用有限元分析方法得到了发动机危险部位的应力谱;最后,运用雨流计数法和Miner线性累积损伤理论对发动机危险部位的损伤进行了评估.结果表明,发动机装药危险部位一年时间由于舰船摇摆载荷所造成的损伤为0.085 5.
A fatigue damage evaluation method of propellant under swing loading was established for some solid rocket motor(SRM).Firstly,the fatigue damage property of composite solid propellant was acquired by fixed stress amplitude cycle loading experiment.Secondly,the stress spectrums of SRM nodes with time were obtained by method of finite element analysis.Finally,the rain-flowing counting method and the Miner's linear cumulative damage theory were applied to evaluate the fatigue damage of SRM.The results show that the fatigue damage of motor's dangerous area reaches 0.085 5 by ship motion loading across a year.
