舌尖滴入微量24%蔗糖水对早产儿足跟采血疼痛反应的影响 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]探讨舌尖滴入微量24%蔗糖水对缓解早产儿疼痛的效果。[方法]将60例早产儿按照随机数字表法随机分为对照1组、对照2组、实验组各20例,共采血300次,对照1组足跟采血前无任何干预措施,对照2组足跟采血前15min~20min开始给予非营养性吸吮(在患儿口中放置安慰奶嘴,以增加其吸吮动作,但并无母乳或其他液体吸入)至疼痛刺激后5min,实验组足跟采血前2min舌尖滴入24%蔗糖水0.5mL~1.0mL。采用早产儿评分简表(PIPP)进行疼痛程度评分并比较。[结果]3组患儿足跟采血后PIPP评分值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步比较后发现实验组PIPP评分与对照2组评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照2组PIPP评分与对照1组评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]舌尖滴入微量24%蔗糖水和非营养性吸吮对缓解新生儿疼痛有一定的效果,而舌尖滴入微量24%蔗糖水缓解早产儿疼痛的效果优于非营养性吸吮,且操作简单安全。
