摘要
针对机械加速澄清池在低温低浊原水条件下混凝效果变差的问题,城北水厂采用黄泥作为助凝剂,对黄泥投加方式进行了优化和改进。运行结果表明,采用连续性微量投加黄泥的方法,可以明显提高澄清池的混凝效果,改善出水水质。同时,改进后澄清池的运行成本下降,对小型水厂在低温低浊原水条件下,提高水力循环或机械加速澄清池的混凝效果及出水水质,具有一定的现实意义。
Facing on the issues of unsatisfy with coagulation under low temperature and low turbidity raw water condition in mechanical accelerated clarifier, an optimization and a renovation were conducted for the dosing method with clay as the aid coagulant in Chengbei Waterworks. The operational results showed that a little continuous dosing of clay could significantly improve coagulation efficiency in clarifier and treated water quality. Meanwhile the cost of clarifier was reduced after renovation, and it had practical significance for improving hydraulic circulation, coagulation efficiency in elarifier and treated water quality when raw water was low temperature and low turbidity in small waterworks.
