摘要
针对主导粒级为细粒级的难浮煤泥,进行了窄粒度级和全粒度级的浮选速度试验。结果表明:浮选速度由快到慢的粒级依次为0.125~0.074、0.250~0.125、<0.074、0.500~0.250、>0.500 mm。粗粒级煤粒因其质量大、脱附概率高、部分连生体表面疏水性较差,需在高能量输入条件下,通过较长时间的矿化作用才能浮出;而细粒级煤粒比表面积大、药耗高、细泥含量大。运用Mat-lab软件计算该煤泥窄粒级和全粒级的最大回收率和浮选速率常数,并与试验值进行比较,得出窄粒级煤泥的浮选速率符合经典的一级动力学模型。一级矩形模型是全粒级浮选速率的最合适模型。
Flotation rate experiments of narrow particle size and whole particle size were carried out for exploring the variation of hard-to-float coal flotation rate.The results show that flotation rate of grain size decreases in the following order:0.125~0.074,0.250~0.125,0.074,0.500~0.250 and 0.500 mm.Coarse particles with the characteristics of large quality,high desorption probability and less hydrophobic of part intergrowth surface can be floated by long time mineralization under the high-energy input condition.Relatively,the fine particles are with the characteristics of large surface areas,high flotation agent consumption and large content of fine mud.Matlab software was also used to calculate the maximum recovery and flotation rate constant of narrow particle size and whole particle size of this slime.Calculated results comparing with experimental values show that flotation rate of narrow particle size slime meet the classical first kinetic model,and the rectangular model is the most appropriate model of whole particle size flotation rate.
