摘要
简述了梅山炼铁厂4#高炉风口小套损坏的情况及其所造成的影响。通过现场调查,研究小套具体的破损位置,分析了其产生的原因并加以汇总,提出了防止风口小套破损的方法和措施。通过对风口区域的吹管、小管质量以及煤枪插入位置的管理,加强炉前渣铁处理保证及时出净渣铁等措施,小套破损得到了有效控制。
The damage and its results of tuyere small sleeve of BF 4, Meishan Iron-making are described. Investigation was conducted on site. The author studied sleeve damage position, analyzed and summarized the causes, and put forward the solution for avoiding tuyere small sleeve damage. Measures were taken such as focusing on blowing pipe around tuyere area, small pipe quality and coal lance inserting position, enhancing slag and hot metal treatment in cast floor and ensuring thorough slag and hot metal tapping; thus, sleeve damage was well under control.
