摘要
镍基粉末高温合金主要应用于航空航天领域,是高推重比发动机的关键材料。本文综述了近年来国内外镍基粉末高温合金在成分设计、粉末制备、成形、烧结及后续热处理等方面的研究成果和存在的问题,提出了镍基粉末高温合金今后的发展方向。
As a key material of high thrust-weight ratio engine,P/M nickel-based superalloy has been mainly applied in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics. The recent research achievements and the problems concerning composition, powder preparation, forming,sintering and post heat treatment of P/M nickelbased superalloy are reviewed. Finally,some suggestions for the development of P/M nickel-based superalloy are put forward.
