摘要
合理滞后注浆时间的确定是深井巷道围岩加固支护技术的关键,在分析深井巷道最佳支护时间原理的基础上,以望峰岗矿-817 m水平巷道为研究背景,通过现场实测及UDEC数值模拟对巷道掘进后围岩变形及裂隙发育特征进行深入研究,获得了深井巷道围岩滞后注浆加固的合理时间。结果表明,注浆加固应在巷道剧烈变形阶段后的缓慢变形阶段初期,在巷道围岩裂隙发育相对稳定时,合理时间为巷道掘进后15~20 d。工程实践表明,合理时间的滞后注浆有效地控制了深井巷道围岩稳定性。
Determination of reasonable time of grouting after bolts-mesh-anchor supporting holds a key to reinforcement effect.Based on analyzing the principle of the optimal supporting time of the roadway in deep coal mine,this paper features the reasonable time of the grouting obtained to reinforce the rock roadway surrounding rock by in-situ measurement and numerical simulation(UDEC).The results show that grouting should occur at the initial stage of slow deformation following rock roadway excavation and at the relatively stable development for fissures.The optimal grouting time is 15-20 days after roadway excavation.The engineering practice prove that grouting at reasonable time is an effective control of the stability of rock roadway surrounding rock in deep coal mine.
