颈椎脊髓损伤的早期救治策略 被引量：4

摘要 随着城市化进程的加速和交通运输业的迅猛发展,颈椎脊髓损伤的发生率正逐年增高。颈椎损伤在创伤患者中约占3%～6%,大约10%的严重颅脑损伤患者并发有颈椎损伤。导致颈椎脊髓损伤的因素很多,其中交通意外是最主要的致伤原因，约占45％。坠落伤、运动伤及暴力事件分别约占20％、15％和15％。颈椎脊髓损伤常导致终身残疾甚至死亡等严重后果，其程度与致伤因素及即刻损伤情况密切相关，交通事故和运动性颈椎损伤患者发生四肢瘫痪的比例分别高达50％和90％。
