摘要
目的:对邻水县人民医院住院儿童抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取邻水县人民医院2010年1～6月的住院儿童病历367份,对抗菌药物应用情况按使用率、使用种类、联用情况、用药合理性等方面进行统计、分析。结果:使用抗菌药物的病历349份,使用率为95.10%,共使用了5类14种抗菌药物,联用率为25.79%,病原学送检率为2.00%,合理使用抗菌药物的病历282份,占病历总数的76.84%。结论:基层医院住院儿童抗菌药物使用情况令人担忧,多为经验用药,并且存在盲目使用甚至滥用现象。基层医院应加强儿童抗菌药物的使用管理。
Objective： To promote rational use of antibacterial drugs,a retrospective analysis of the application of antibiotics in hospitalized children was performed.Methods： The medical records of 367 hospitalized children were randomly selected from January to June 2010.The using rate,use types,medication combination,and the rational use of antimicrobial were analyzed.Results： The using rate was 95.10%.Together 14 kinds of antimicrobial drugs in five categories were used.Medication combination rate was 25.79%.Etiology submission rate was 2.00%.Two hundred and eighty-two cases received rational antimicrobial drug treatment,accounting for 76.84% of the total cases.Conclusions： The use of antibiotics in hospitalized children is problematic.Irrational drug use even drug abuse still exist.Grass-root hospital should vigorously strengthen the management of antibiotic use in children.
