摘要
单层实心砖墙房屋是目前我国村镇地区大量采用的建筑结构形式,其中大部分未考虑抗震设防。为研究此类房屋的抗震性能,选取1/4缩尺的未设防单层实心砖墙房屋模型进行振动台试验,研究模型在地震作用下的地震反应和震害现象。试验结果表明,未设防实心砖墙房屋的震害规律如下:墙体平面内受剪裂缝通常从门窗洞口角部出现并发展;无可靠连接的纵横墙交接处易产生破坏;硬山搁檩山墙易在平面外地震作用下破坏;刚度不对称造成的扭转效应会加重局部震害。
Single-storey brick-wall building is widely existed in villages and towns in China,most of them have no seismic fortification measures.One 1∶4 scale model of this kind of building is designed and tested on the shaking table in order to study its seismic performance and earthquake disaster phenomena.The test results show that the damage of single-storey brick-wall building under earthquake effect can be concluded as: in-plane shear cracks on the wall usually occur at corners of windows and doors;damage is easy to happen at interface between longitudinal and cross wall without reliable connection;gable wall of flush gable roof is easy to be damaged by out-plane earthquake effect;torsion effect caused by asymmetric stiffness aggravates earthquake damage.
