腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗外踝骨折 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗外踝骨折的临床疗效。方法应用腓骨远端解剖型锁定钢板治疗外踝骨折27例。结果本组随访7～39个月,骨折均于6个月内愈合。采用Baird-Jackson评分系统进行疗效评定:优25例,良1例,可1例。结论踝部骨折手术治疗强调恢复外踝长度及对位,重建踝关节的稳定,合理有效内固定和早期功能锻炼。腓骨解剖型锁定钢板治疗外踝骨折具有良好的疗效。
