摘要 目的观察231例体外循环下微创机器人心脏手术,总结其术中管理经验。方法 2007年1月至2011年4月,我院心脏外科使用"达芬奇S"机器人手术系统完成体外循环下微创手术231例。回顾分析术前手术室布局、体外循环下的手术配合及术中的管理方法。结果成功地完成了231例体外循环下全机器人心脏手术,无术中插管失败,中转开胸。结论合理的手术室布局,熟练的手术配合和对机器人系统的全面掌握是保证机器人心脏手术顺利进行的关键。 Objective To observe 231 cases of minimally robotic on - pump cardiac surgery and summarize the management experience from these operations. Methods From January 2007 to April 2011, 231 cases of minimally invasive on -pump cardiac surgery had been accomplished by "Da Vinci S" robotic operation system in Cardiovascular Surgery Department of the PLA General Hospital. Results 231 cases of minimally invasive robotic on -pump cardiac surgery were successfully finished without intubation failure and no case was converted to sternotomy. Conclusion Reasonable layout of the operation room, tacit operative cooperation and comprehensive master of the "Da Vinci S" robotic operation system are the key factors to make sure that the cardiac surgery are going smoothly.
