摘要 本文主要研究了NBR/AEM不同并用比例对共混胶料的硫化性能、力学性能、耐老化性能和耐油性能的影响,结果表明:随着AEM含量的增加,NBR/AEM胶料的焦烧时间延长,硫化速度降低;并用硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形都逐渐减小,拉断伸长率先减小后增加,硬度和100%定伸应力先增大后减小;耐老化性能得到改善;耐油性能下降。 In this paper,the effects of different NBR/AEM blend ratio on the curing characteristics,physico-mechanical characteristics,anti-aging properties and oil-resistance properties were researched.With the increase of AEM,the scorch times of NBR/AEM was prolonged and the crosslinking rate decreased;With the increase of AEM,the tensile strength,tear strength and compression set decreased,the elongation at break decreased and then increased,hardness and 100%modulus increased then decreased;The properties of anti-aging was improved,the properties of resistance to oil declined,with the increase of AEM.
