摘要
分析重庆仪表材料研究所知识产权工作存在的问题，运用市场经济条件下的法制精神进行探讨，提出五个管理对策。对建立和完善科技管理知识产权制度，提高管理的科学性，促进科技进步，具有实践意义和应用价值。
This paper analyzes existent problems in scientific and technological achievements management of reformed research institutes, makes discussion using legal spirit under condition of market economy, and gives five advices for management. They have practical significance and application value for establishing and consummating intellectual property system of science and technology management, improving scientific management and promoting the progress of science and technology.
