摘要
使用荷兰AEM公司生产的食用菌环控系统对杏鲍菇工厂化生产过程的环境进行调控,通过对杏鲍菇整个生育过程进行全程跟踪,监测了不同相对湿度对杏鲍菇生长发育的影响。结果表明:不同相对湿度对杏鲍菇生长过程具有显著影响;菌丝恢复速度随着生长环境中相对湿度的增加而加快;原基数目随着生长环境相对湿度的增加而增加;子实体生长过程在相对湿度为91%~93%时最优,产量最高。
The environmental control system made by the AEM Company of Netherlands was used to control the factory cultivation environment of P.eryngii,and the effect of relative humidity(RH) on P.eryngii growth was surveyed in the whole growth process of P.eryngii.The results showed that RH had a significant effect on the growth process of P.eryngii;The mycelium recovery accelerated with the RH rising;And also the number of primordia increased with the RH rising.The yield was the highest when the RH was between 91%-93%.
