摘要
以葡萄渣为原料,探讨超声波乙醇浸提法提取葡萄渣中总黄酮的实验条件,通过单因素实验与正交实验法确立了超声波提取工艺最佳条件为:乙醇浓度95%,超声波作用时间90 min,料液比1∶50(g∶mL),温度为60℃,提取次数2次,此时可获得较高的黄酮含量78.12mg/g。
Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by supersonic method were discussed. The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined. Optimum Conditions of extraction were determined by orthogonal method: the ratio of material over solvent is 1 : 40 using 95% ethanol as solvent, and the extracting time is about 90min at the temperature of 60℃ by 2 times. The content of total flavonoids was up to 78.12mg/g.
