摘要
目的总结颈部淋巴结结核的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析我院30年共1168例颈部淋巴结结核的临床资料。结果颈部淋巴结结核临床表现多样,早期诊断较困难,病程长,抗痨疗效差,治疗原则为:手术彻底清除病灶,局部加压包扎,辅助全身抗结核治疗,促进伤口早期愈合。结论外科手术治疗颈部淋巴结结核疗效肯定,治愈率高。
Objective To sum up the effects of surgical treatment on cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis. Methods The clinical data in 1168 cases of cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis during 30 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The clinical performance of cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis varied. Early diagnosis was difficult. As the course of disease became long, the effect of resistance by the Pasid was poor. The therapeutic principles were as follows： the lesions were eliminated completely by operations, wrapped partly with pressure, with anti-tuberculosis medications, which would help recovery sooner. Conclusion The curative effect of surgical treatmeul on cervical lymph nodes tuberculosis is affirmative and the cure rate is high.
