摘要
以"传热"一章为例,介绍了项目化教学方法在《化工原理》课程教学中的应用。文章从《化工原理》课程改革前的教学状况出发,分析了课程改革的必要性。在叙述课程改革思路的基础上,以"传热"一章为例,从制定章节的学习目标开始,介绍本章节的知识处理方式,围绕学习目标,对教学内容进行项目化的设计。阐述了项目设计的思路、所设计项目的具体教学内容以及各项目之间的关系。
The paper is about the application of projects method in the teaching of unit operations of chemical engineering.The situation and the necessary of the course reform have been analyzed.From the example of the heat transfer,the steps of the projects setup had been outlined.Such as the method of doing with the knowledge and the exercise.The designed projects and the connects between them have been elaborated in detail.
