摘要
目的对1292快速生物检测法检测高压蒸汽灭菌效果进行评价,以解决传统生物检测法致骨科植入手术器械等待生物检测结果时间太长的问题。方法使用1292生物培养指示剂和第5类移动式化学指示卡作为灭菌过程验证装置,并比较两者的检测结果。结果 1292生物培养指示剂生物检测结果均为阴性,第5类移动式化学指示卡上的试剂爬行位置均进入规定合格窗口,两者检测合格率均为100%。结论 1292快速生物检测法效果可靠,所需时间短,操作简单,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Evaluations were conducted on the sterilization effect of high pressure steam in 1292 quick biological monitoring method so as to shorten the waiting time for the biological monitoring results of the traditional biological monitoring method of orthopaedic implants equipment.
