摘要
通过对建设监理质量影响因素的分析,建立层次分析模型,用定量和定性相结合的方法,确定各因素对质量目标的影响权重,帮助监理从业人员在质量控制中突出重点、优化控制,从而达到对建设监理质量目标有效控制的目的。
Through the analysis of quality influencing factors in construction administration and management, we establish analytical hierarchy process model. We use the quantitative and qualitative method, fix the effective weight of each factor, and help the manager find the emphasis and optimizes control, thus achieving the goal of effective control of construction administration and management.
