摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT(multi-slice CT,MSCT)增强扫描对肝癌动门脉分流的诊断价值。方法对63例肝癌患者的MSCT增强扫描资料与DSA影像资料进行对比分析。结果以DSA为诊断金标准,MSCT增强扫描结果与DSA诊断结果无明显差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学差异性。结论 MSCT对于肝癌动门脉分流的诊断具有较高的准确性、特异性与敏感性。
Objective To analyze the value of enhanced multi-slice CT （MSCT） scan in the diagnosis of liver dynamic portal shunt. Methods A comparative analysis was made for enhanced multi-slice CT scan data and DSA image data of 63 patients with liver cancer. Results In contrast to the gold diagnosis standard of DSA, the enhanced multi-slice CT scan results showed no significant difference （P 0.05）, without statistical significance. Conclusion Enhanced multi-slice CT scan in the diagnosis of liver dynamic portal shunt is with high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity.
