摘要
基于球塞泵的运动学和动力学模型,得出球塞运动方程及运动轨迹,并推导出球塞在定子轨道任一位置时的受力;根据弹性力学理论和赫兹接触应力公式,反推出球塞在任意位置对定子内壁的接触应力及其分布。分析结果对球塞泵的优化设计具有重要指导意义。
The force bearing formula and motion track of ball piston pump were derived based on the analysis of kinematical and mechanical models. The formula of contact stress and strain distribution between ball piston and sta- tor orbit were deduced on the basis of elastic formula and Hertz theory. The results would be instructive to the better design of ball piston pumps.
