摘要
高新技术企业知识管理模型、知识管理过程以及人力资源开发相关矩阵为构建基于知识的高新技术企业人力资源开发模型打下坚实基础。文章基于知识的高新技术企业人力资源开发模型,站在新的研究视角,将高新技术企业的人力资源开发过程与知识的获取与存储、传递与共享、应用与创新过程相结合,并将人力资源开发的六个阶段划分为关键环节,为以后的理论研究提供了新的思路。
Knowledge management model,knowledge management process and the correlation matrix in human resources development lay a solid foundation for the human resource development model in high-tech enterprises based on knowledge.From a new research perspective,the human resource development model in high-tech enterprises based on knowledge combines the human resources development process with the acquisition and memory,transferring and sharing,application and creation of knowledge,and divides the six stages of human resource development into key aspects,which provides a new way of thinking for future theoretical research.
