摘要
介绍了一种节能型不对行玉米收获机摘穗机构.该机构由一根方轴和多个摘穗轮组成.摘穗轮浮动安装在方轴上,摘穗轮由一个轮毂和安装在其外圆柱面上的多根摘穗杆构成.与目前普遍应用的辊式摘穗机构相比,该机构具有节能明显、结构简单、可自动对行、收获率高等特点.并在其结构及工作原理的基础上,进行了运动分析和功耗分析.
The article Introduces a kind of the mechanism picking spike used on energy-saving wrong line corn combine.The mechanism consists of a square shaft and the wheels picking spike.The wheels are installed in the square shaft by floating,The wheel consists of a hub and the picking spike sticks that is installed in the hub’s outside.Compared with the mechanism picking spike of roller in general used now,it is characterized by energy saving obviously,simple structure,that can be automatically on line,higher harvest rate,etc.The paper introduces the structure picking spike and its working principle.Its kinematics and energy consumption are analyzed.
