介孔SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2粉体的制备及光催化性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以廉价的Ti(SO4)2为钛源,采用低温水-溶剂热法一步制得吸附SO24-的介孔偏钛酸,焙烧后得到介孔SO24-/TiO2亚微米粉体,研究了反应物浓度、反应温度、溶剂和表面活性剂对样品催化性能的影响,并采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附和Hammett指示剂法对催化剂进行表征,考察了其光催化性能。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:Ti(SO4)2浓度0.85 mol/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度0.004 mol/L、反应温度130℃、反应时间20 h、乙醇水混合液为溶剂;所得样品比表面积(BET)为103.67 m2/g、平均孔径6 nm、孔容积为0.204 cm3/g,最高酸强度H0=-12.14,180 min内对亚甲基蓝(MB)降解率达94%。 Using relatively cheap Ti(SO4)2 as raw material,mesoporous metatitanic acid with absorbed SO2-4 was prepared by low-temperature hydrothermal-solvothermal method.Submicron size of mesoporous SO2-4/TiO2 was obtained after calcination.The effects of different reacting conditions on the photocatalytic activity of titania particles were studied.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,N2 absorption-desorption and Hammett indicator.The results demonstrated that the optimal synthesis conditions are as follows: the concentrations of Ti(SO4)2,SDBS,reaction temperature,time are 0.85 mol/L,0.004 mol/L,130 ℃,20 h,respectively.The solvent is the mixture of ethanol and water.The SO2-4/TiO2 powder shows a specific surface area of 103.67 m2/g,average pore size of 6 nm,pore volume of 0.204 mL/g,and its surface acid strength is H0=-12.14.The photocatalytic degradation results show that degradation rate of methylene blue within 180 min equal to 94%.
