摘要
图书馆在开展志愿者服务过程中可能发生侵权行为。由于图书馆、志愿者和读者之间存在特定的侵权赔偿关系,所以图书馆需要承担相应的侵权赔偿责任,面临着经济损失的风险。因此,图书馆应通过为志愿者提供人身意外伤害保险、与志愿者签订志愿服务书面协议等措施进行风险救济。
Libraries may infringe on volunteer＇s rights in the volunteer service. Because there is special compensation relationship among libraries, volunteers and readers, libraries need to undertake relevant tort compensation responsibilities, and face the risk of economic loss. Therefore, libraries should implement risk remedies through providing accident insurance for volunteers, signing written agreement about volunteer services with volunteers, and so on.
