摘要 采用熔融挤出工艺制备了尼龙(PA)6/长玻璃纤维(LGF)/氯化钙复合材料,研究了LGF含量对复合材料力学性能、维卡软化点、结晶性能的影响。结果表明,LGF的加入可以提高PA6的结晶速率和结晶度;当LGF质量分数为30%时结晶度最大,达到33.1%。随着LGF含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能及维卡软化点温度均大幅提高,当LGF质量分数为50%时复合材料的拉伸强度达到159.8 MPa,弯曲强度达到193.5 MPa,缺口冲击强度达到9.3kJ/m2,维卡软化点温度达到69.2℃。 The PA6/long galss fiber(LGF)/CaCl2 composites were prepared by melting extrusion process and the effects of LGF content on mechanical properties,vicat softening temperature and crystallization process of PA6/LGF/CaCl2 composites were studied.The results showed that LGF was helpful to improve the crystallization rate and the crystallinity of PA6.When the mass fraction of LGF was 30%,the crystallinity of the blends was maximum and reached to 33.1%.With the increase of LGF content,the mechanical properties of the PA6/LGF/CaCl2 composites,as well as vicat softening temperature were rapidly improved.When the mass fraction of LGF was 50%,the tensile strength,bending strength,notch impact strentgh and vicat softening temperature of the PA6/LGF/CaCl2 composites reached to 159.8 MPa,193.5 MPa,9.3 kJ/m2 and 69.3℃.
