摘要
近年来,透明材料的激光透射焊接成为国内外研究的热点。本研究通过在透明材料界面制备低熔点薄膜来增大透明材料对激光的吸收率,从而实现双透明材料的激光焊接。本文构建了一个3D数值模型,数值模拟结果与实验测试吻合较好。另外,还研究了激光焊接过程中温度场的变化过程,并对进一步研究了激光焊接工艺参数对温度场的影响。
Up to date,considerable research has been carried out on the laser welding of polymers.And the laser welding of the transparent polymer has become the hot point in the new century.In this paper,a low melting point of metal has been made first on the transparent surface to increase the absorption of laser energy.A 3D finite element model is built up to simulate the laser transmission welding process.The simulated results agree well with the experimental measurement.The characteristics of the temperature filed are further investigated based on the numerical model.Besides,the effect of process parameters on the temperature filed is also studied in the paper.
