摘要
为提高设计过程效率,将生物遗传变异原理引入产品设计过程重用,提出一种基于生物基因工程原理的产品设计过程重用和优化方法。根据设计过程基因具有类似生物基因的可遗传和可变异特点,提出设计过程重用的基因工程原理及其实施模式,运用生物基因工程方法对过程基因进行重组和修改,实现设计过程重用和优化。给出过程重用系统设计方案,并以某型号飞机的设计过程为实例进行应用分析。
The principle of biological genetic variation is introduced into the design process reuse to enhance the efficiency of design process and the method of design process reuse,and an optimization based on the principle of genetic engineering is put forward.As the design process gene is feature with heritability and variability of similar biological gene,the principle of design process reuse based on genetic engineering and its implementation mode are proposed.The design process gene can be reformed and changed by applying the method of biological genetic engineering to realize design process reuse and optimization.Finally,the system of design process reuse was designed as well as the application and analysis was carried out by taking the design process of some type of aircraft as an example.
