摘要
以亚磷酸三乙酯和对二氯苄为原料,在催化剂的作用下合成一种无卤高效芳基膦酸酯类阻燃剂——对二苄基双膦酸四乙酯。当反应温度为140℃,n(亚磷酸三乙酯)∶n(对二氯苄)为3.0∶1,反应时间为6h,催化剂用量为原料质量的1%时,收率可达85%。通过质谱仪、红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪对产品结构进行了表征,通过热重分析仪对其热稳定性进行了检测。
Tetraethy 1, 4-phenylenebis (methylene)diphosphonate, a new kind of flame retardant which is highly efficient and halogen-free, was synthesized through triethyl phosphate and dichloro- benzyl with a catalyst in the reaction. The optimal synthesis conditions were:n(Triethyl phosphate) : n(dichlorobenzyl)=3.0 : 1, at 140 ;C for 6 h, using 1% catalyst of the mass. The yield under these conditions was up to 85 %. Tetraethyl, 4-phenylenebis (methylene) diphosphonate was characterized by ESI-MS, IR and 1H NMR. The thermal stability of tetraethyl, 4-phenylenebis (methylene) diphosphonate was researched by TGA.
