摘要
新干线７００系客车是以３００ 系、５００ 系客车为基础，根据市场需求和性能、成本兼顾的原则，设计开发的面向２１世纪的主型客车。本文对其设计构想及实现情况作了介绍与评价。
The Shinkanson 700 series passenger car is the main type passenger car which is based on the 300 series,500 series passenger cars,in accordance with the market need and principle of giving consideration of both performance and cost,designed and developed for the 21st century.In this paper,the design plot and the realization of it are introduced and evaluated,and the suggestions for improvement are put forward.
