摘要
介绍一种新型的承插式钢管排桩及其在围堰施工中的应用。从结构设计、结构计算和验算等方面介绍了钢管排桩围堰的设计过程和要点。选用小直径钢管和合适厚度的钢板做承插扣件,焊接在满足要求的大直径钢管外表面,制作成钢管排桩;将钢管排桩按照要求依次两两相扣打入构筑物周围形成钢管排桩围堰。大直径钢管保证了围堰体具有足够的强度和刚度,小直径钢管和钢板组成的扣件保证了围堰体具有足够的整体性和密封性,与内支撑构件一同组成支挡结构体系。分析了施工流程、施工组织、排桩施打下沉、基坑开挖、内撑杆件安装、钢管排桩拆除等施工要点,给出了施工监测要求。最后根据施工完成情况与钢套箱相比,施工支护费用节约59%,工期缩短65%,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
A new type socket &spigot joint steel pile and its application in cofferdam construction are introduced in this paper.The design process and key points of steel pile cofferdam are put forward from several aspects of structure design,structure calculation and checking,etc.By choosing the right size of small diameter pipe and the thickness of the plate to do the right socket fasteners and welding them on the appearance of the qualified large diameter steel pipe,the steel pipe piles can be formed.Then,the steel pipe piles should be driven into the surroundings of structures according to the requirements,which may form the steel pipe piles cofferdam.Large-diameter steel pipe can ensure cofferdam body of sufficient strength and stiffness,and fasteners of small-diameter steel pipe and plate can ensure the body of sufficient integrity and sealing,a more perfect system of soil water retaining structure can be completed with the inner support component.The construction requirements are given from some key points such as construction process,construction organization,piles driven into &sunk,foundation pit excavation,inner supportive stay bar installation and steel piles removal,etc.Finally,according to the construction completion condition and comparing with steel casings,this technology has received great economic and social benefits with the construction support fee saving 59% and the period being shorten 65%.
