电子商务档案管理的智能化趋势 被引量:21

Intellectualized Trend of Archives Management of Electronic Commerce

摘要 电子商务档案与其他类型的纸质档案相比具有明显的虚拟性、复杂性、集成性等数字化特征。随着电子商务时代的来临,智能化的电子商务档案管理是目前电子商务档案管理的必然趋势。对电子商务档案管理的智能化需求主要体现在电子商务档案的存储智能化、检索智能化、应用的智能化。电子商务档案存储的智能化需求需由计算机系统的软件和硬件两部分来完成。电子商务档案信息检索的智能化发展历程同步于图情信息智能检索技术的发展历程。电子商务档案应用的智能化体现在智能化的商情预测、营销策划及客户关系管理。 Compared with other kinds of paper-based archives, electronic commerce archives have characters of obviously virtually,complexity and integration.As the electronic commerce age is closing in upon,intellec- tualized trend of archives management of electronic commerce will be an inexorable trend in this area at the present time.Moreover,the intellectualized requirements of the archives management mainly displays in aspects of storage intellectualized,search intellectualized and applicable intellectualized.In these three re- quirements,the storage intellectualized need hardware and software of computer system to accomplish;the development course of search intellectualized is synchronized with development course of information intelli- gent search technique in library and intelligence area;the applicable intellectualized displays in intellectual- ized business forecasting,marketing plan and customer relation management.
