摘要
针对伺服系统中采用示波器进行数据监测方法的低效和不灵活,设计了一种基于Labview与USB的嵌入式伺服系统数据监测方法。整体上介绍了数据监测系统的总体结构、硬件设计以及主机端软件设计,并详细介绍了基于DSP的D12固件编程和基于Labview的USB驱动程序开发过程,完成了基于Labview的数据监测程序开发。实验证明数据监测程序不仅能够即插即用,而且可以稳定的对伺服系统的电流、电压及电机转速进行实时数据监测。
Oscilloscope used for the servo system for data monitoring is inefficient and not flexible,there is a designed based on Labview and USB for embedded servo system for data monitoring.First introduces the overall structure of the data monitoring system and the hardw are design and the softw are design on the host,Second introduces USB firew are Programming based on DSP and the driver development process based on Labview,Then completed monitoring program development based on Labview.The experiments show that the data monitoring system can not only play,but also stability to monitoring the current,voltage and motor speed of the servo system.
