摘要
目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎的护理方法。方法对30例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结,分析其临床特点与诱因,有针对性地做好心理护理,提高患者的依从性,加强营养支持,必要时静脉营养,做好用药指导,确保患者长期、正确用药,在溃疡性结肠炎活动期加强病情观察,及时发现各种并发症。结果 24例患者均好转出院,门诊长期随访,目前有6例反复发作。结论溃疡性结肠炎病程漫长,常反复发作,督促患者长期、准确用药,定期复查,能维持长期缓解,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore nursing methods of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods Theclinical data of 30 patients with ulcerative colitis was retrospectively analyzed including the clinical features and the incentives. Specific psychological nursing was conducted to increase patient＇ s compliance. Nutritional support and necessary intravenous nutrition were given. Exact medical guidance was done to ensure patients can take right medication in the long run. Extra efforts were made to observe ulcerative colitis and various complications. Results All 24 patients were discharged. Long - term outpatient follow - up was conducted. Six patients of repeated attacks were observed. Conclusion The duration of ulcerative colitis is long with repeated attacks. The supervision of patients＇ long - term and conrect medication and regular checks can alleviate patients＇ pain and reduce complications.
