摘要
为了获得一种便于识别且与育性紧密相关的花器官形态指标,采用形态学和细胞学相结合的方法对辣椒不育株和可育株花器官的发育状况进行了对比研究。结果表明:可育株和不育株的花柱、花蕾的发育状态基本一致,而花药发育状态差异显著,花药的外部形态与雄性育性密切相关;雌蕊石蜡切片和花粉生活力检测表明,不育株雄性器官彻底败育且不育性稳定,而雌性器官发育正常,可以接受外来花粉受精结实。
In order to obtain a morphological index which is not only easy to be identified but also closely related to fertility,the development status of floral organ in male sterile and fertile plants were studied comparatively based on the method combining cytology with morphology in this paper.The results showed that the developmental conditions of style and bud between male sterile and fertile plants were basically identical.While there were significant differences in that of the anther which indicated that the anther external morphological characters were closely relate to male fertility.In addition,studies of pistil sections and pollen viability showed that the male organs aborted completely and male sterility high and quite stable,however,the female organ was normal which can set the fruit normally after been pollinated.
