加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾接受加压锁定钢板治疗的肱骨近端骨折患者资料并与传统钢板治疗的患者进行比较。结果与传统钢板组患者相比,加压锁定钢板组患者术中出血、并发症发生率显著下降,Constant-Merley绝对值评分有两率显著上升,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效肯定,优于传统钢板治疗。 Objective Analysis effects of treatment of proximal humeral fractures by pressure locking steel plate. Method Review clinical data of patients received treatment of pressure locking steel plate and compare them with whom received treatment of regular steel plates. Results Compared with regular steel group, patients in pressure locking steel plate group were found less surgery blood loss and complications, higher Constant-Merley score rate significantly respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusions Positive surgical effects of pressure locking steel plate were observed, which was better than regular treatment.
