摘要 称重传感器已进入数字时代,数字称重传感器高速发展,各种新技术应用层出不穷。宁波柯力电气制造有限公司(以下简称"柯力公司")通过大量实验,获取不同量程、不同结构模拟传感器的零点和弹性模量随温度变化的数据,建立数学补偿模型,通过软件补偿系数对输出数值进行连续补偿修正,对原有传感器的零点温度、灵敏度温度模拟补偿原理创新变革,本文所描述的新型数字称重传感器采用软件补偿算法,取消零点温度补偿电阻和灵敏度温度补偿片,用零点温度补偿、灵敏度温度补偿算法替代,可极大的简化模拟部分的设计。 For digital weighing transducer has made rapid development and all kinds of new technology emerge in endlessly, weighing transducer has entered the digital age. Ningbo KeLi electric manufacturing Co., LTD. (KeLi company) get many different range, different structure analog sensor zero and modulus of elasticity with temperature variation of data, 'and model mathematical compensation model through a lot of experiments, through the software compensation coefficients on the output value continuously revised compensation for the original sensor zero temperature, temperature compensation principle innovation sensitivity simulation change. This paper described the new digital weighing transducer which is used in the software compensation algorithm, cancel zero temperature compensation resistance and the sensitivity of temperature compensation, with zero temperature compensation, sensitivity, temperature compensation algorithm alternative, it can greatly simplified analog part of the design.
