摘要
以丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为混合溶剂,实验室自制固-固相变材料为相变工作物质,醋酸纤维素(CDA)为高分子载体,利用静电纺丝技术制备了相变调温纤维,研究了溶剂配比、纺丝液浓度、纺丝电压等对纤维形貌的影响。结果表明:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和丙酮为溶剂(体积比为1/4),在纺丝液质量分数为22%、纺丝电压为16 kV、接收距离为16 cm的条件下,制备的相变调温纤维的平均直径约830 nm,其相变焓为30.396 J/g,表现出较好的相变调温性能。
Phase change and temperature adjustment fiber was prepared by electro-spinning.Acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) were chosen as mixed solvent,the solid-solid phase change material prepared by own laboratory was used as starting material,and the cellulose diacetate(CDA) was used as matrix.The effect of electro-spinning factors including the solvent composition,the spinning voltage and the concentration of spinning solution on the morphology of the fiber were studied.Results showed that when the volume ratio of DMF to acetone was 1/4,the mass fraction of spinning solution was 22%,the voltage was 16 kV and the receiving range was 16 cm,the average diameter of prepared fiber was 830 nm,and the phase change enthalpy can reach to 30.396 J/g.The fiber showed good phase change and temperature adjustment property.
