二尖瓣置换术后生物瓣膜与机械瓣膜远期疗效的meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着科技进步和人群整体寿命的延长,机械瓣膜(mechanicalvalves,MV)终身抗凝及生物瓣膜(biologicalvalves,BV)结构性衰坏的问题被重新提出。我们运用Meta分析方法比较二尖瓣置换术后MV与BV换瓣者的远期疗效,对临床瓣膜选取提出循证依据。
