摘要
运用Pro/E建立新型纯电动高空作业车的三维实体模型并解算其质心位置。对该车进行斜坡作业稳定性校核及风载荷作业稳定性校核,得出其静态稳定性符合国家标准,满足多点面作业的技术和安全要求。运用ADAMS软件建立该车的仿真模型,通过对比仿真试验,得出安装升降平台使该车操纵稳定性下降的结论,仿真结果有助于操纵稳定性改进方案的提出。
In this paper, Pro/E is used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the newly developed pure electric overhead work platform truck and calculate its centroid position. The truck's stability when operating on a slope and its stability in wind load operations are checked. Both checking results show that static stability of the truck meets national standards and in line with multi-plane operations technical and safety requirements. Simulation model of the truck is set up by use of ADAMS software, and the repeated simulation tests conclude that the truck's stability decreases after the platform is installed. Simulation test results are helpful for coming up with operational stability modification programs.
