摘要
在高参数、大容量火力发电机组中,一般除盐水箱体积大、壁厚薄、焊缝多,在焊接过程中不可避免地产生焊接应力和焊接变形。焊接变形如果控制不好,会使焊件尺寸改变从而影响装配,严重时使产品报废,因此控制焊接变形尤为重要。焊接变形的控制是保证除盐水箱质量的重要环节,采取合理的措施可有效地减少焊后变形,保证焊接质量,提高除盐水箱使用寿命。介绍除盐水箱的结构和连接形式,分析变形原因和类型。从焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接工艺参数和防变形措施等方面来控制焊接变形,效果良好。
In the large capacity and high parameter thermal power station,in the course of welding the desalting water tank ,the welding stress and deformation must be produced because of its larger volume, the thinner wall thickness, the more welds.If the control of the welding deformation isn't good,it can make weldments dimension changing and influencing assembly,even make products scrap,it is very important to control the welding deformation.The control of the welding deformation is the important link to ensure the quality of desalting water tank,after the use of reasonable measures,can reduce the welding deformation effectively,ensure welding quality, improve using life of the desahing water tank.This paper introduces the construction and the connecting format of the desalting water tank,analyse the causes of deformation and the types,takes measures in these aspects of reasonable welding method,welding sequence, welding condition and measures of the preventing deformation, and achieves good results.
