摘要 在材质为12Cr2Mo1R(H)Ⅳ锻(低合金耐热钢)的管板上堆焊Inconel 625(单一的奥氏体组织),金属组织和化学成分不同,物理性能差别较大,同时低合金耐热钢中含有较多的Cr-Mo成分,空淬倾向大。为了消除焊接应力,焊后必须进行热处理,但焊后热处理会引起Inconel 625合金耐腐蚀性能的下降。正确选用焊接材料、严格控制焊接热输入量和制定合理的焊接工艺是镍基耐蚀合金焊接的关键。通过焊接工艺试验、焊接工艺评定和产品的施焊证明,所选用的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺规范正确合理。 Overlaying nickel-alloys on the low alloy heat resistance steel tube sheets of the high pressure heat exchanger,because of the difference from metal microstructure,chemical composition and mechanical properties,lt can cause many problems when overlaying.At the same time ,to prevent causing cold cracks when overlaying Nickel-alloys on the low alloy heat resistance steel ,It must be heat treated after overlaying to relief the stress,This can reduce the corrosion resistance property of the Nickel-alloys.So correctly chosen welding materials,strictly controlled welding heat input and reasonable welding procedure specifications are very important to the corrosion resistance property of the Nickel-alloys layer.The article gains a reasonable welding procedure and the matching welding materials are also determined on overlaying Nickel-alloy on the low alloy heat resistance steel side by experiments.
