摘要 蓄电池是各种武器系统的重要供电设备,在蓄电池充放电过程中对单体电池的性能监测具有重要意义。设计了一种基于上位机和多个单体电池监测装置的分布式监测系统,单体电池监测装置以单片机为控制核心,采用单总线数字温度传感器DS18B20采集温度,通过RS485总线与上位PC机实现通信。该系统具有硬件接口简单、监测灵活方便、易于扩展、测量精度高等特点,有利于装备保障任务的快速完成。 The storage battery is the important power supply equipments of various weapon system, it is impor- tant to monitor single body storage battery in the process of charging and discharging. A kind of distribute type monitor system based on the upper PC and many single body batteries monitor is designed, which uses micro- controuer as the core of the system and adopts single line digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to measure tem- perature, communication with the upper PC through RS485. The system has advantages of simple hardware in- terface, convenient monitor, easier expansion and higher measure precision, be advantageous to the rapid com- pletion of arming task.
