葡萄糖醛酸内酯清洁生产关键技术 被引量:6

Key technology of the cleaner production of glucuronicacid lactone

摘要 为了解决葡萄糖醛酸内酯传统生产工艺中的污染问题,该文以玉米淀粉为原料,以氧化淀粉的羧基含量为评价指标,以SEM、IR、XRD等为主要测试手段,采用超声波预处理、芬顿试剂氧化技术,研究超声化反应、芬顿试剂对氧化淀粉羧基含量的影响。实验结果显示:经超声波预处理的玉米淀粉表面出现裂纹甚至小孔,淀粉特征吸收峰的强度下降,峰面变宽,结晶度下降,氧化淀粉羧基含量比未经超声处理的氧化淀粉的羧基含量提高了39.6%。在pH值为10,催化剂加量0.4%,H2O2加量9%,反应温度55℃~58℃,反应时间3h条件下,可制得羧基含量为0.121%的氧化淀粉。替代了葡萄糖醛酸内酯生产过程中的硝酸氧化淀粉的工艺,该技术为葡醛酸内酯的清洁生产的关键技术。 How to reduce the pollution produced by traditional production of glucuronicacid lactone was studied. Using corn starch as raw material, carboxyl content of oxidized starch as an evaluation indicator, SEM, IR and XRD as main measurement methods, and ultrasonic and Fenton reagent as oxidants, the effects of ultrasonic reaction and Fenton reagent on carboxyl content of oxidized starch were investigated. The results showed that fissures even micropores were appeared on the surface of oxidized starch pretreated by ultrasonic. The intensity of starch characteristic absorption peaks decreased with the increase of peak width. The crystallinity decreased. The carboxyl content of oxidized starch was 39.6% higher after being treated by ultrasound. The oxidized starch containing 0.121% carboxyl could be produced under following conditions: pH value 10, catalyst 0.4%, H2O2 9%, reaction temperature 55℃-58℃ and reaction time 3h. This technology replaced traditional nitric acid oxidation method for starch oxidation, which was the key technology in the cleaner production of glucuronicacid lactone.
