摘要
以2009—2011年海南大学果树学硕士研究生生源问题为研究对象,深入剖析其招生志愿问题、生源数量、性别构成、年龄、毕业学校、推免生录取等情况,发现存在生源数量不足,尤其是优秀生源,推免生内外比例失衡等问题,由此提出应加大宣传力度、增加科研项目的经费投入、加强师资队伍建设、重视研究生就业指导、加强校际交流、多渠道吸收外校优秀生源等建议,旨在为进一步做好研究生招生工作,不断提高生源质量,为保证果树硕士研究生教育的良性发展打好基础.
In this report, the postgraduate student source problems from 2009 to 2011 in Hainan University, such as students＇ choice, the total quantity, the sex constitution, the age, the graduation school, enrollment with recommendation and so on, were analyzed. The result indicated that some problems such as matriculate shortage, lacking outstanding students and recommendation student ratio imbalance between internal and external of Hainan University, were obvious. In order to improve the quality of students and ensure the postgraduate edu- cation keeping the track of sound progress with a good talent basis, increasing publicity and scientific research project funds, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, paying attention to the guidance of postgraduate employment, strengthening intercollegiate exchange, and absorbing the high quality student source from other universities in different ways were necessary.
