摘要
以H2O2为氧化剂,通过苯乙烯选择性氧化制备苯乙酮,研究Trp-配位聚合物催化活性。通过红外、紫外、沸点测定等手段,对产物进行表征。探讨Trp-配位聚合物中金属离子种类、催化剂用量、H2O2/苯乙烯体积比和反应温度对催化氧化的影响。优化条件为:Ni2+-Trp配位聚合物与苯乙烯物质的量比为1∶150,质量分数30%H2O2与苯乙烯的体积比为1.0∶8.3,在50℃时,反应6h,产率为21.9%。
Styrene was oxidized selectively to prepare acetophenone by using H2O2 as the oxidizer.The catalytic activity of Trp-coordination polymers had been researched.IR,UV and boiling point were determinated to characterize the product.The effect of major factors on the reaction,such as the metal ions in coordination polymers,the dosage of catalyst,the ratio of perhydrol to styrene and the reaction temperature,were discussed.The optimum conditions were confirmed as follows: the volume ratio of 30% H2O2 to styrene is 1.0∶8.3,the molar ratio of Ni2+-Trp catalyst to styrene is 1∶150,the temperature is at 50 ℃,the time is 6 h and the yield of product reached 21.9%.
